Batana Butter or oil is a rich reddish-brown in colour. Batana is a semi-solid oil with a creamy, pudding-like consistency that smells sweet, nutty, earthy, and slightly smoky.
Application: Delivers deep hydration and nourishment to the skin, with special attention to the scalp.
Description: Batana oil is derived from the Elaeis oleifera tree, also known as the American palm or Ojon oil palm. It is a tall palm tree found in Central and South America. The oil is extracted from the nuts of this tree and has been traditionally used by indigenous communities for hair and skin care.

Fatty acids, including significant amounts of oleic acid
Linoleic acid
Palmitic acid
Antioxidants such as Vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols)
Carotenoids
Cautions: Test it for skin allergies before using over large areas of the skin.
Storage: Store cold-pressed carrier oils in a cool, dark location to preserve their freshness and ensure maximum shelf life.
